Do you enjoy writing for children or young adults? Want to learn more but don't know where to start? Join this bespoke writing course in Charlestown on board Lady Daphne* to develop the skills you need to create captivating stories for children and young adults.
This course includes 10 weeks of tailored writing workshops covering different aspects of writing for children and young adults, where you will get to work on your own ideas for picture books, chapter books, middle grade stories (9-12 year olds) and young adult fiction. During this course, you will also get the opportunity to provide weekly feedback on each other's stories to hone your writing to be as strong as possible in a beautiful harbour setting.
Every Thursday 6.30-8.30pm
£200 per person

Summer Creative Writing Workshops for Kids

Do your kids love getting creative? Are they interested in storytelling, or writing?
These workshops are designed to let their creativity flourish where they can write their own stories, inspired by writing prompts on a real life sailing barge*.
Who knows what tales they'll uncover?
Adults must accompany children at all times.
Every Thursday throughout the UK summer holidays, 3.30-4.30pm
£5.00 per child
